Important Notice — Temporary Closure

We inform our customers that DVD Lda will be temporarily closed from May 22nd to May 27th due to internal structural changes and staff training.

All orders placed and paid for before May 21st at 5:00 PM will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed after this time will only be processed and shipped starting from May 28th.

On May 28th, we will resume normal operations. However, due to the accumulated volume of orders and customer requests during the closure period, customer support may experience temporary delays.

Nevertheless, our team will make every possible effort to ensure that all orders placed during the closure period are shipped as quickly as possible, ideally throughout May 28th.
